How do I track a package?
After creating a Rapidship account, login and click the Order Tracking link on the top of the page to view previous and ongoing orders.

Can I access information about my account online?
Yes. You can edit your address book, view invoices, and add user profiles.

How long does it take for a package to get delivered locally?
From the time a call is placed to the point of delivery, it usually takes no more than 2 for local, standard service. We also offer rushed services.

Can I get a price quote online? Yes. You can email us at info@rtdlogistics.com. Please be as specific as you can and we will respond as soon as possible.
Include:

  • Origin name, address and contact info
  • Destination name, address and contact info
  • Package information
  • Package type (box, bag, etc.)
  • Contents of the package (medical, standard, etc.)
  • Special needs (refrigerated, fragile, etc.)

What kinds of items will you pick up and deliver?
We can deliver virtually anything, from a 1-ounce document to a 20,000 pound machine. Our niche is delivering non-standard freight items on an expedited basis.

Do you ship everywhere?
We ship anywhere in the United States and deliver to multiple states every day. We offer a variety of logistics services like trucking, cross docking and air courier services to reach the needs of our customers.

Do you insure packages?
All packages are insured for up to $100. Additional insurance is available at a cost of 3% of the declared value of the package. Additional insurance must be purchased at the time the order is placed.
